Food has been a part of our family’s life for ages. Our parents operated restaurants in Brazil, the Philippines and other parts of the world. The kitchen was and still is the heartbeat of our home. Cooking has always been that “getaway” time for me at the end of a hard day’s work, so to be able to do this for the whole day and literally see customers coming back within minutes for a second and third  Potato Twist just makes my day.

Finding Australian potatoes that are Sustainable grown and Responsibly sourced is our mission.  Creating a masterpiece from the common Spud is what we do well.
